Global II: Human Rights Violation Review Questions

Global II: HRV Review Questions

REMINDER: “NIB” Means “not it review book.”  You have flash cards, the internet, your prior knowledge, this year’s notes, last year’s notes…so leaving anything blank or putting an answer that shows zero effort are the same to me…and anything blank = no credit for the assignment.

REVIEW means remember or reminder, it is NOT reteach or relearn!!  If you slack off now you have NO SHOT at passing the Regents or the course, so make your decisions carefully.

ALL STUDENTS!!

Review books were handed out March 4th, and an announcement was made weekly after that for anyone who still did not sign for one.  Now that homework is due in all classes & the review book is far more helpful than Google when the info isn’t on a flash card, you should really see me before 1st period tomorrow to finally get one if you fall into the “still did not sign for one” category.

I can’t take care of it before class and I rarely have time after class.

Take care of this ASAP since review books that go unclaimed will be returned to the Office when we get back next week!

This is REVIEW!  If you can't find the information necessary on the page numbers provided in the Prentice Hall review book provided you need to do one of the following: use your prior knowledge (it is likely you already know the answer), your notes, class packets & handouts, the Internet, review materials from class, Quizlet.com, Regentsprep.org, or a different review book.  Not answering a question is unacceptable since this information has all been covered at some point this year.

INCOMPLETE WORK WILL EARN A GRADE OF ZERO FOR THE ENTIRE ASSIGNMENT.  I have provided page numbers whenever possible.  Work that shows little to no effort will not earn any credit.  Work not in proper format will not earn credit.  Do your work, take care to do it properly, and help yourself work toward a successful Regents score in June!

There is no such thing as “late work” during Regents Review.  Turn it in by the date due or lose all credit on that assignment.  You are out of time for excuses!!!!!!

---------

·         Page numbers are provided for a general idea of where to find the answers to questions.

·         Answers are usually not “word for word,” and since I read your work, you’ll want to be sure you answer the actual question asked, not just blindly copy something because it has the same name or heading.

·         "NIB" means "not in book" - you must use one of the methods listed above to get the answer.
