Proper heading or NO Extra Credit!

If you decide to do the extra credit, the heading on your paper must look like this:

Period (add yours)                                                                                 (Course Subject)

                                                    Extra Credit due 9/16
(skip a line, start your assignment)

If you decide not to follow these instructions I will equally decide not to grade your work...so do it right!
