US History Homework: 5/13-16

Not doing the work? Then you're not going to review sessions either. It is not my job to do your work for you, it is my job to provide you with what you need to get through the Exam. If you choose not to do the work, I choose to cross you off the extra help list. It's just that simple.

-----------------------
This packet will be handed out as soon as I get it back.  Remember, you will get your review book once you turn in the textbook you signed out!  If we don't get it back by Friday I will post the questions online so you can complete the work due Monday.

This is REVIEW!  If you can't find the information necessary on the page numbers provided in the Prentice Hall review book provided you need to do one of the following: use your prior knowledge (it is likely you already know the answer), your notes, class packets & handouts, the Internet, review materials from class, Quizlet.com, Regentsprep.org, or a different review book.  Not answering a question is unacceptable since this information has all been covered at some point this year.

INCOMPLETE WORK WILL EARN A GRADE OF ZERO FOR THE ENTIRE ASSIGNMENT.  I have provided page numbers whenever possible.  Work that shows little to no effort will not earn any credit.  Work not in proper format will not earn credit.  Do your work, take care to do it properly, and help yourself work toward a successful Regents score in June!

There is no such thing as “late work” during Regents Review.  Turn it in by the date due or lose all credit on that assignment.  You are out of time for excuses!!!!!!

---------

·         Page numbers are provided for a general idea of where to find the answers to questions.

·         Answers are usually not “word for word,” and since I read your work, you’ll want to be sure you answer the actual question asked, not just blindly copy something because it has the same name or heading.

·         "NIB" means "not in book" - you must use one of the methods listed above to get the answer.

  1. I got your homework packets back this afternoon, so you'll have them in class tomorrow. Make sure you turn in your textbook since you need the review book to do the homework. No textbook, no review book, no kidding. Homework is due as of Monday, refer to the "I don't take late work at this point" post is you need a reminder about doing your HW.
